This hike starts at the Lake Skannatati Trailhead. Head up the Arden-Surebridge (AS) Trail (Red Triangle in white square blaze), passing some of the remnants of Pine Swamp Mine. Make a left down Dunning Trail (Yellow Square blaze) to head past Pine Swamp and more of the Pine Swamp Mine ruins.

This is one of our favorite loops . It starts at the Lake Skannatati parking lot and goes around the lake.
